We would like to say Secratery Edu Punjab,Why the M.A,M.Ed teacher in scal#09 in primary schools?Its against their status&qualification.Or give them the proper scale according to their acadmic&professional education.Also in service teachers promotions should be quickly by time to time.With best wishes,M.Razzaq.(Pst).M.A,M.Ed.Sialkot.(Pb)
