1. The need is that the Unions of Punjab should promote Urdu (Urdu + Punjabi Both are our THINKING languages) more weightage in recruitment.
2. CSS and PCS (PMS) exams must be in Urdu. As more than 90% of Population of Punjab and Pakistan do not have English teachers. Only Rich and Policy Makers can afford quality education in English. But Villages of Punjab do not have any good English Teacher.
3. The people who done MA in English…Most of them cannot speak spontaneous English.
4. Promote Urdu as constitution of Pakistan wrote the with in 10 years the Official Language of Pakistan will be Urdu…Urdu…Urdu and only Urdu will bring properity to Pakistanis. Please spread this message and do something remarkable for our coming generations. We are not stopping But Promote Urdu.
