Notification of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2012 for Federal Government Employees
Most heated topic among govt. servants these days is salary increase in budget 2012-13. Different rumors are going on these days related to pay increase in Budget 2012-13 for Govt. Employees and teacher in Pakistan. However no decision has been taken yet although different suggestions are going on. First one is that Govt. Employee’s pay will be increased by 35% and allowances will be merged in basic salary. Second suggestion is 20% increase in pay. Recent development related to this task came to public knowledge when provinces agreed that they will not increase salary more than 15% in this budget due to poor financial conditions and lack of funds.

1. 35% of Basic Pay
2. 100% of Medical Allowance
3. 100% of Convance Allowance
4. 50% of 2010 & 15% of 2011 adhoc will be mergerd in basic pay
5. 45% House rent as per new revised scale for all govt. employees.
