Gujrat (August 16, 2012) – More than 300 employees of the University of Gujrat (UoG) have been regularised. UoG Vice Chancellor Dr Mohammad Nizamuddin announced the regularisation of 358 employees.
Registrar Mohammad Akram Bhatti organised a special ceremony to distribute confirmation orders among the employees.
Assistant Registrar HR Sarwat Khursheed informed that employees from BS-2 to BS-14 including office attendants, office assistants, drivers, security guards, chowkidars, lab assistants, electricians, helper electricians, senior and junior clerks, dispatch riders, machine operators and cooks had been selected.
The Human Resource Department completed the process during the month of March, April, May, June and July and on 27th of Ramazan on a very blessed day dispensed regularisation appointment as Eid gifts among the employees.
Registrar Akram Bhatti, Controller Exams Maqsood Akhter, Principal NSMC Dr Sajjad Ahmed, Director QEC Dr Tahir Aqeel, Ms Azra Ghani, Mr Mushtaq Ahmed Bhatti, Dr Gulzar Ahmed, Dr Talat Iqbal, Col (r) Musadaq Hashmi, Shahzad Nadeem, Mohammad Aslam and other senior staff members were present on the occasion.
