it is good step for the teacher by Govt. of Punjab. there is a news that the mobility allowance will be deducted from salary while utility bill offered. is this news is correct or not? please confirm it.

when will utility bill sume up in our salary and from which month it will apply?
we the school teachers of GHS Sagar Kalan thankfull to Muhammad Aslam Gujjar president of Union of Teachers.
