Notification of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2012 for Federal Government Employees
Most heated topic among govt. servants these days is salary increase in budget 2012-13. Different rumors are going on these days related to pay increase in Budget 2012-13 for Govt. Employees and teacher in Pakistan. However no decision has been taken yet although different suggestions are going on. First one is that Govt. Employee’s pay will be increased by 35% and allowances will be merged in basic salary. Second suggestion is 20% increase in pay. Recent development related to this task came to public knowledge when provinces agreed that they will not increase salary more than 15% in this budget due to poor financial conditions and lack of funds.

budget will increase cost of living and nothing is there for sinking economy of our country. no decision taken for our economy and boost the confidence of manufacturer. no decision for increasing power supply. no step to increase natural resources like, gas, coal, petrol and many other items. no step taken to cut down prices and to increase living standard of poor peoples. there is lot of things to discuss but no impact seen on the government level. bad democracy for good peoples of pakistan.

I totally disagree with myra, First of All, I wanna get to know your post in the department by whom you are saying all this without any proof, Secondly you should think that who lead you to this status, He/She was definitely your teacher who gave this prospect and courage to you. And If you say that you were in private school then how can you say something for government teachers when you hadn’t experience that. There are some teachers like a drop of water in sea but you can’t make it decisive for your mind that all fingers are alike in a hand. Please……..Do respect the feelings of others, there are still a huge list of devoted teachers. Thanks …

Brother if you are right and you had applied for yours right and concerned department had rejected your application/request or they have not replied about the matter after ninety(90) days you should go to service tribunal for your right.

Office of Service tribunal / Registrar is at Lahore. Any lawyer who deal govt employee cases he can help you in this matter.You can also submit yours request in three sets to the registrar with all av.i.dances ,But I advise you please submit your case/appeal through lawyer because department will protect the same strongly with all relevant record/ policies etc.Allah mighty help you.if you miss this chance perhaps you should wait for the same about twenty year later.

SCHEDULES
4. Appeal to Tribunals.— (1) Any civil servant aggrieved by any final order, whether original or appellate, made by a departmental authority in respect of any of the terms and conditions of his service may, within thirty days of the communication of such order to him or within six months of the establishment of the appropriate Tribunal, whichever is latter prefer an appeal to the Tribunal―
Provided that—
(a) where an appeal, review or representation to a departmental authority is provided under the Punjab Civil Servants Act, 1974, or any rules against any such order no appeal shall lie to a Tribunal unless the aggrieved civil servant has preferred an appeal or application for review or representation to such departmental authority and a period of ninety days has elapsed from the date on which such appeal, application or representation was so preferred;
(b) no appeal shall lie to a Tribunal against an order or decision of a departmental authority determining the fitness or otherwise of a person to be appointed to, or hold a particular post or to be promoted to a higher grade; and
(c) no appeal shall lie to a Tribunal against an order or decision of a departmental authority made at any time before the 1st July, 1969.
(2) Where the appeal is against an order or decision of a departmental authority imposing a departmental punishment or penalty on a civil servant, the appeal shall be preferred—
(a) in the case of a penalty of dismissal from service, removal from service, compulsory retirement or reduction to a lower post or time-scale or to a lower stage in a time-scale to a Tribunal referred to in sub-section (3) of section 3; and
(b) in any other case, to a Tribunal referred to in sub-section (7) of section 3 and where no such Tribunal is established, to a Tribunal established under sub-section (3) of that section.
Explanation— In this section “departmental authority” means any authority, other than a Tribunal which is competent to make an order in respect of any of the terms and conditions of civil servants.]
