Pay and Pension Committee Pakistan has sent a proposed pay structure draft to provinces. Rationalized Pay Structure is prepared by Finance Ministry Regulation Wing and Pay & Pension Committee. There is a proposal of decrease in commutation for Pensioners.

Is it not a part of political game? Some provinces are not going to adopt it while Federal Government is going to announce it shortly in view of the coming general election. However, it will give some relief from ever increasing hike of prices.

It can be viewed as a political game, however if you calculate, you will know that there will be no big difference in pay even if these new pay scales are implemented. However, it may benefit in long term.

There will be no difference in the total take home salary. So, there is noting to be happy in these scales. Huhhhh….
INSHA-ALLAH, These Rationalized Pay Scales will be accepted by Provinces and implemented by Federal Govt. soon. But no major increase in net pay.
THIS IS THE BEST WAY OF PASSING TIME. IT SEEMS THAT GOVT. IS NOT SINCERE TO GIVE BENIFTS TO CIVIL EMPLOYEES.GOVT IS REQUESTED TO REVISE THE PAY SCALES URGENTLY GIVING REAL BENIFITS IF SINCERE. GOVT. HAS TAKEN MUCH TIME.
