The participants must:
Register for convocation at their respective campuses by sending registration form via e-mail or by post at least 5 days before the convocation date.
Collect attire in person from the campus by depositing Rs. 1000/-(refundable security).
Participate in full dress rehearsal one day before the convocation at the convocation venue.
Be present at the convocation venue at least 03 hours before the starting time of convocation.
The Registration forms can be downloaded from the CIITs website and are also available at CUT campuses during office hours.
