Punjab Govt has issued a notification according to which, Conveyance Allowance of has been increased to almost double the previous. Here is the copy of notification along with the revised rates.

Subject: REVISION IN THE RATES OF CONVEYANCE ALLOWANCE FOR THE CIVIL SERVANTS OF THE PUNJAB GOVERNMENT IN BS-1 TO BS-19
Sir,
1. I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that Governor Punjab has been pleased to revise the rates of Conveyance Allowance admissible to civil servants in BS-1 to BS-19 w.e.f. 01.07.2012 as under;
BPS Existing Revised
01-04 R3.850/: p.m. Rs 1700/-p.m.
05-10 Rs.1150/- p.m. Rs.1840/- p.m.
11-15 Rs.1700/- o.m Rs.2720/- p.m.
16-19 Rs.2480/- p.m. Rs.500O/- p.m.
2. The payment for arrears of 1st Quarter of current financial year (July – September. 2012) snail be made along with the pay of December, 2012, followed by quarterly payment of arrears for 2nd quarter (October – December, 2012) with the pay of March, 2013 and for 3rt quarter (January – March, 2013) with the pay of April, 2013. The payment of Conveyance Allowance shall be brought at par on current basis w.e.f. April, 2013.
3. It is clarified that the officers who nave not been sanctioned official vehicle and availing vehicles of the Transport Pool are entitled to Conveyance Allowance subject to the condition that they do not use these vehicles for traveling from house to office and vice versa as Conveyance Allowance is allowed for traveling from house to office and vice versa.
4. It is further clarified that the employees who are residing in the residential colonies situated within work premises are not entitled to the facility of Conveyance Allowance.

pls punjab govt key conveyce allowance key paragraph number 4 ka matlib bata den notification per yeh likha hey the emploies who are residing in residential colonies situated within work premises are not entitled the facility of conveynce allowance.is sey koun say emploies murad men.thanks
it means taht if u have been given govt accn with in vicinty of ur working place …u will not be entitled to draw convaynce allowance ……….
if you are residing in govt accommodation/colony near the office etc you should not paid conveyance allowance
There should be uniformity in conveyance allowance,Medical allowance,House Rent,Group insurance,B.Fund grants for burial expenses,Child education stipends etc, irrespective of their Pay scale as all are Humans and Servants of same Government/State.They should be treated according to Human Rights as equal citizens & have equal basic Needs.
An Islamic State Like Islamic Republic Of Pakistan should have admitted equal human rights of all citizens especially its servants,Legally, Morally.Please correct Me if I am thinking wrongly.

Conveyance Allowance increase hona kab hai??? ye to installments mein pichly arrears dy rahy hein…… revise rates ki implementation kab honi hai??
plz can someone tell me that the educators who were appointed after 19-10-2009 ,were being regular or not????????
